Version 2026-07-19

Frame Logic Studio LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects everyone using the platform to do the same. This policy describes how copyright owners can report claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), how affected users can respond, and what happens to repeat infringers.

Reporting claimed infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content on this platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent (below) that includes ALL of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (the URL of the page or image is best).
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do with a valid notice

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the user who posted it, and provide them a copy of the notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) — do not use this process for content you merely dislike.

Counter-notice (if your content was removed)

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Copyright Agent a written counter-notice that includes: identification of the removed material and where it appeared; your name, address, and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Frame Logic Studio LLC may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice; and your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within ten (10) business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringement, we may restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after receiving your counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may suspend an account while claims are investigated.
